One of the most important values at DoveVivo is sharing. Listening to and dialoguing with staff is therefore a key part of our daily routine. For this reason, our annual business plan includes numerous official opportunities for the exchange of information, as well as less formal sessions involving all staff.
Defining the value of sharing
By sharing we mean the sharing of ideas, information and knowledge. At DoveVivo, opportunities for sharing are provided in various contexts, according to specific goals and the number of people involved.
Periodically, our President, CEO and Chief Executive organise meetings with all staff in order to present the results achieved in each area and to illustrate the company’s future roadmap. Following each General Meeting, time is always set aside for celebratory activities with parties or aperitifs and are aimed at getting to know one another better and to welcome any new staff members.
Sharing takes place online too. Our employees receive a monthly newsletter - containing corporate news and information, amusing articles and staff interviews - which strengthens the sense of belonging to DoveVivo. In addition, thanks to a scheme with LinkedIn, staff members are given the opportunity to become ‘ambassadors’ for DoveVivo, allowing them to contribute personally to boosting online company brand awareness.
