We firmly believe that a thorough selection process enables us to allocate people with the appropriate knowledge and skills to the correct role, as set out by our organization.
There are three steps in our selection process:
Screening and telephone interview - Aptitude and behavioral assessment - Technical assessment

Step 1
CV screening and telephone interview
Having carefully analyzed all of the applications, the candidates with the required knowledge and skills will receive an invitation to an initial telephone interview.
Step 2
Aptitude assessment
The format of the aptitude assessment step depends on the experience of the candidate:
• New graduates: group assessment centre and individual interview
• Candidates with experience: individual assessment centre and motivational interview.

The aim of the Assessment Centre is to use a range of instruments (situational tasks, tests, questionnaires, interviews) so that the data collected are confirmed by various sources.
Step 3
Technical interview
The third step in the selection process is a technical interview on the candidate's specialist skills, carried out by supervisors in the professional area where the candidate would be working.
Final choice and feedback
At the end of the selection process, each candidate will be informed of the final result of the selection process, and the process of on boarding those candidates selected will be initiated.

DoveVivo has developed a monitoring system in order to understand and assess performance with a view to continuously improving and developing employees' professionalism, the working environment and the organization as a whole. This process starts with a clear and shared definition of the objectives.

We work together every day to pursue challenging objectives with energy and focus; the setting of objectives and their subsequent evaluation are crucial for analyzing expectations and skills, and for working together, through transparent and structured feedback, in order to make continual improvements.

This process ensures the creation of targeted plans for developing skills, promoting participation in training courses and involvement in specific company projects.
