1. THE 3 STEPS IN THE SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process begins with a preliminary interview with Human Resources aimed at getting to know you and assessing your motivation. This is followed by a technical interview with your Manager who assesses your specialist skills. The final step is a meeting with our management team.
2. OBJECTIVES AND PERFORMANCE
Once you have been taken on, you will be assigned your individual objectives in line with those of the company and your team.
We attach considerable importance to performance evaluation obtained through clear and structured feedback with a view to continuous improvement.
3. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
